| What do I have to do to become an exhibitor? |
|
| First of all, you should fill in and return the application form and proof of payment of registration fees. You can download the application form from this website or contact us by telephone on +34 96 386 1145. Our department will give you advice and guidelines on the successive steps in preparing for the fair. |
What is the minimum exhibition space I can contract?
|
|
The pavilions are laid out in modules of 16 m2 with the aim of ensuring a logical distribution of stands and making it easier to signpost. Therefore, the contracted exhibition space should be in multiples of 16 m2 (32m2, 48m2, 64 m2, 80m2, 96m2, 112 m2, etc.), and 16 m2 is the minimum that can be rented.

| How much does it cost to exhibit at TCV? |
- Inclusion in Promotional Elements fee: 235 Euros+ 7% VAT
- 2 options for renting exhibition space:
Floorspace only: 105 Euros/m2 + 7% VAT Floorspace + Turnkey stand: 137 Euros/m2 + 7% VAT
- Extra space: balcony or 2nd floor in stands: 55 Euros/m2 + 7% VAT
- Various services can be ordered according to your needs.

| What is included in the "Insertion in Promotional Elements"? |
| Inclusion in the Official Catalogue of TCV; inclusion in the layout maps and two parking spaces. |

What kind of visitor attends the fair?
|
| The International Tourism Exhibition is a trade show for trade professionals in the tourism industry and for the general public. The first day, 3rd April, is exclusively for professional visitors, and for buyers and sellers at the Contract Market and Forum. The Contract Market is held in pavilion 6 Bis at Feria Valencia. The other three days, from 4th to 6th April, are for both trade visitors and general public who are looking for the best tourist offers at Feria Valencia. |

What is the payment procedure?
|
When sending your application form, you must also send proof of payment of fees for inclusion in Promotional Elements + 50% of the fees for the exhibition space you apply for, before 7th February 2008, and the remaining 50% on receiving the corresponding pro-forma invoice before 28th February 2008. Everything must be paid before the event begins in order to obtain assembly passes, exhibitor passes, etc. Any expenses incurred during the event should be paid for before leaving the trade fair in order to obtain the exit documentation for exhibited products.

How are stands allocated?

| By strict order of reception of application forms + proof of payment of fees. |
| When can I begin setting up my stand? |
|
The setting period for stands in from 25 de march al 02 de april 2008 de 8:00 a 20:00 h
On the day before the event opens, no vehicles are allowed into the exhibition pavilions (so they can be cleaned) and dismantling takes place over the three days following the end of the event. | How do I get passes for workers preparing my stand? |
|
| The exhibiting company can collect these from the Setting-up Office in pavilion 6 bis once all outstanding fees are paid. |

How many exhibitor passes am I entitled to?
|

Passes will be included automatically depending on the amount of space contracted. These will be contained in an envelope which may be collected at the Treasury Office once all outstanding payments have been met in full. For additional passes, you must provide the full name of the people concerned. Certain establishments offer discounts when showing your exhibitor pass. A list of these establishments can be found in leaflets available from the event hostesses and customer service stands. |
Where can I collect the exit passes for exhibited products?

At the Feria Valencia Treasury Office (ground floor in the office building) once all outstanding payments have been settled. This authorisation must be shown on request by security staff when you leaving the exhibition centre.
